We Should Be On A Yacht Right Now

Ruthless & Toothless

My partner and I got the fantastic opportunity to create from scratch, as minority partners, a complete children’s line with several of the artists from TV’s Miami Ink during their third and final season on air in America (they continued on air over 100 countries for 8+ years after).

In this role, we: branded the company. Product researched and designed. Directed and did lifestyle shoots. Handled all forms of advertising, PR, and business communications. Handled all social media. Met with potential investors. Handled digital marketing and online sales. Handled fulfillment. Handled customer service. Handled International business issues. Set up contracts. We handled logistics. And a lot more.

I also ran a Tweet deck, which I managed to leverage to its maximum potential, as I used it as a gateway to meeting and befriending people such as the buyers for children’s clothing at Nordstrom, and numerous journalists, which led to a Sunday feature nationwide on the front page of the newspaper Lifestyle section, dozens of boutique children’s clothing store owners, manufacturers of children’s goods and a whole heck of a lot more. All were done through my research, and all were obtained for free.
